Question: Can I make a purchase directly through your website, and if not, how do I purchase my new wheels? Answer: No, we do not sell our items through our website. We currently sell exclusively through eBay to keep things simple for both of us.
Question: What if the style or size that I want is not available through your eBay store? Answer: Feel free to contact us and we will be happy to check availability for you. If the style and size you like is available, we will set up an immediate purchase for you.
Question: How do I know that I can trust that I will receive my purchase quickly? Answer: Our eBay feedback speaks for itself. We currently have a 100% feedback rating because we strive to make every customer happy. All items are shipped within 72 business hours at most, but usually within 24 business hours. We don't like to wait, so why should you?
Question: What payment methods do you accept? Answer: We currently accept credit card payments (through Paypal only), as well as Cashier's Checks or Money Orders made payable to Wheel Advantage. To mail your payment, simply use the eBay checkout feature after the auction is over to obtain our mailing address.
Question: What if I receive my wheels and one or more is damaged? Answer: Contact us immediately after receiving your wheels if you see any problems. Because of the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept a return if the wheel(s) have been mounted -- no exceptions.
Question: Will my stock lug nuts work with my new wheels? Answer: No. For the majority of vehicles, stock lug nuts do not work with aftermarket wheels.
Question: O.K. so I am ready to buy, but I also need lug nuts, do you sell them? Answer: Absolutely. Take a look in our eBay store for lug install kits. Just be sure to let us know the exact year, make and model of your vehicle so we are sure to send you the correct size lugs.
Question: My purchase is complete and I have sent payment, do you need any other information from me? Answer: Yes. So we can verify fitment, please email us with the exact year, make and model of your vehicle. We will send you an email confirmation with your order details shortly after payment is received.
Question: I have additional questions, can I contact you? Answer: Yes. We are here to help. The easiest way to contact us is by sending us an email. We try to reply to all emails within 24 hours, usually quicker. If you need telephone assistance, email us first with a brief explanation of your questions, as well as your telephone number and a good time to reach you, and we will do our best to call you as soon as possible.
