   1) How do I purchase my new wheels?

       

            We offer a lot of styles and sizes through our ebay listings which can be found here.  If

          you don't see the style or fitment that you are looking for, you are welcome to call us

          between 10:00 and 6:00 (EST) daily at 513-607-9009, and we can answer any questions

          you may have, and even process your order over the phone.  And don't worry, your

          information is safe with us.  We are a locally owned business and don't share information

          with anybody, period.

 

   2) What if the style or size that I want is not available through 

       your eBay store?

       

          Feel free to contact us and we will be happy to check availability for you.  The easiest

          way to do this is to send us an email with all of the specs for the wheels that you are

          looking for (Style, Finish, Size, and your Vehicle Information).  As long as the wheels

          you are looking for are available, we will reply quickly with pricing information, and set

          up an immediate purchase for you, either through a telephone transaction, or a

          Paypal invoice.

  

   3) How do I know that I can trust Wheel Advantage to process my

       order quickly.

       

          We have built a reputation on eBay over the last several years, and currently maintain a

          100% feedback rating.  Feel free to read through our customer feedback ... it really does 

          speaks for itself.  We guarantee to have all items shipped out within 72 business, but we

          are usually able to have your new wheels in our shipper's hands within 24 business 

          hours.  We understand how exciting it is for you to get your new wheels, so we work

          hard to be sure you won't have to wait long.

 

   4) What payment methods do you accept?

    

          We currently accept direct credit card payments including Visa, Mastercard and

          Discover when you call in your order.  We also accept all payment methods through

          Paypal.

 

   5) What if I receive my wheels and one or more is damaged?

   

          If you find any problems with your products after you receive your shipment, please

          contact us immediately, before you mount tires.  Because of the nature of the products

          we sell, we cannot accept a return if tires(s) have been mounted -- no exceptions.

 

   6) Will my stock lug nuts work with my new wheels?

       

          No.  For the majority of vehicles, stock lug nuts do not work with aftermarket wheels.  

  

   7) So, I am ready to purchase, but I also need lug nuts, do you sell

       them?

    

           Absolutely. Take a look in our eBay store for lug install kits.  Just be sure to let us

           know the exact year, make and model of your vehicle so we are sure to send you the

           correct size lugs.

 

   8) My purchase is complete and I have sent payment, do you need

       any other information from me?

   

           Yes.  So we can verify fitment, please email us with the exact year, make and model of

            your vehicle.  We will send you an email confirmation with your order details shortly

            after payment is received.

 

   9) I have additional questions, can I contact you?

   

            Yes.  We are here to help.  The easiest way to contact us is by sending us an email. We

             try to reply to all emails within 24 hours, usually quicker.  If you need telephone

             assistance, email us first with a brief explanation of your questions, as well as your

             telephone number and a good time to reach you, and we will do our best to call you as
